The Creator Difference
Over the last decade, Google has placed increased emphasis on web performance as a factor in search rankings. This started with the introduction of the Lighthouse testing tool, integrated in Chrome and hosted at PageSpeed Insights. Google then refined this with a related set of metrics called Core Web Vitals, which as of 2021 is measured against real user sessions and factored into search engine rankings. This is what brands are graded on and focused on because it impacts SEO and reflects the overall user experience.
