Next week is Shop.org, the National Retail Federation’s annual summit for digital retailers. Thousands of digital marketers and eCommerce professionals will gather to discuss industry trends and challenges, explore latest eCommerce technologies, and share their success stories.

Why We’re Excited for #Shoporg15

We’re excited to head to Philadelphia for a number of reasons. Registration is still open and we hope to see you there!

Top Retailers Share eCommerce Best Practices

Leading brands like QVC, Kohls, Rue La La, TJX Companies, BCBG, Giggle, Abercrombie and Fitch and many more will be presenting this year. Mobile and multichannel retail have taken center stage in the past. But while mCommerce is approaching 50% of all digital transactions, retailers seem less engrossed by omnichannel than they once were. Now, they’re increasingly focused on ecommerce agility, as well as how to increase sales through better UX and customer experience. We’re particularly excited to hear:
  • “How Kohl’s Hears “Her”: Using Data to Delight Customers – and Your Boss”
  • “Capturing the Magic of the Shopping Experience with Engaging Product Content”
  • “Designing for Emotion and the New Customer Experience”
Kohl’s and BloomReach will present on using data to identify demand/intent, improve customer experiences, and increase conversion rates. One way digital retailers can do this is by creating and testing their online content – especially if that content is eCommerce-enabled. A tool like Creator allows eCommerce and creative teams quickly deploy and swap out creative without reliance on IT or coding. For example, Creator client New York & Company saw significantly higher cart value when a particular model from their photo shoot was shown, so they quickly updated their site visuals to drive even more sales.

The VIP Mansion After Party: #SHOPMANSION

The annual Shop.org conference is known for having great networking opportunities. After the official NRF networking party at the Kimmel Center, we’re co-sponsoring a VIP After Party at the historic Stotesbury Mansion. There will be four parties in one place: a 20’s Speakeasy, a Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball, an Electric Disco, and a Cigars & Billiards room. This is one party you don’t want to miss – email us to request an invite or stop by booth # 624 to pick up an access pass!

Cheesesteaks, Of Course

Because what’s a trip to Philly without sampling this local delicacy? We may even pull a Rocky Balboa and run up and down the Art Museum steps a few times to get our blood pumping before the conference! Corny tourism references aside, we’re excited to exhibit this year at Shop.org. Visit us at booth #624 – we’ll be raffling off an Apple Watch! We’ll also showcase our Creator rich media marketing platform and share some of the incredible results that Neiman Marcus, Brahmin Handbags, New York & Company, Nautica, BCBG, Boathouse Stores enjoy. See you on Monday!
